Work beyond a building
25 Kent is the first major creative hub and office space of its kind in construction on the waterfront of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, expected to open in 2019. Madwell created an identity for 25 Kent that was built off of the area’s unique and vibrant community. To that end we teamed up with illustrator Christopher DeLorenzo to produce a family of characters that represent the variety of personalities found within the neighborhood.
